BIO
When I first started as an Office Manager, I modernized company operations—transitioning from DOS and form-feed printing to QuickBooks and modern billing software. Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped our organizations secure more than $10 million in grants, preparing all required documentation for successful applications. I’m well-versed in the Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) components of grant processes.
Beyond securing funding, I’ve also managed grants through every stage of implementation, including meter installations and water mainline replacements. I handled all reporting and compliance requirements through project completion.
I’ve implemented meter-based rate structures, developed budgets and Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), and supported rate studies. My experience includes close collaboration with boards, operators, contractors, engineers, state representatives, and funding agencies.
In addition, I have extensive experience with annexation processes.
